Terms and Conditions

Delivery will be carried out based on access details provided to us by the spa company, as supplied by the customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that this information is accurate and that the delivery path is clear, safe, and suitable for access.

While all efforts will be made to complete delivery, if our team determines that access is unsafe, restricted, or not as described, the spa will be offloaded at the nearest safe and accessible curbside location. In such cases, delivery is considered complete and Marshall Deliveries has fulfilled its obligations.

No refunds, partial refunds, or discounts will be issued due to curbside delivery, failed access, or inability to place the spa in the desired location. Any disputes regarding the spa unit itself should be directed to the spa company.

Marshall Deliveries takes great care in handling your spa and is committed to providing a smooth, professional delivery experience. However, we are not liable for:     

        •    Any injury,     

        •    Property damage, or     

        •    Spa damage

that may occur as a result of improper, unsafe, or restricted access during delivery, installation, or curbside drop-off.

To help ensure a safe and efficient delivery, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery site and path are clear, safe, and fully accessible.

Marshall Deliveries is fully insured for our delivery operations; however, our insurance does not cover incidents resulting from unsafe, improper, or unsuitable access conditions.

By replying to the delivery confirmation text message, the customer acknowledges, confirms, and agrees to all terms and conditions outlined above. This response serves as legal acceptance of the terms.
